Basketball Shooting Workout is a training service. We bring the top of the line shooting machine used by most major NCAA programs to you, Now you can train using the best system indoors or outdoors, in a gym, school yard or playground.

Our system is ideal for AAU and travel teams, as well as individuals who want to play at the next level. We provide skill development along with the repetition provided by "the Gun."

We have specially modified trailers that can transport up to 4 shooting machines at a time. Each machine can deliver up to 1800 shots per hour.

We travel throughout Maryland, Northern Virginia, and the District of Columbia
